Vishal holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from UT Southwestern and UT Arlington and an MBA from Cox School of business.

Rajat uses her diverse leadership experience and rich technical expertise to lead Nutriventia. She holds a master’s in computer science and Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy. She has continued to advance her knowledge in pharmacology and medicine from Harvard Medical School. At the age of 22, she designed and commercialised a profiling solution for researchers which was extensively used by universities in the US.

A pharmacist by qualification with a master’s degree in business management, Anand leads the Strategy and Business Development functions at Nutriventia. With over 20 years of experience in business development & client management across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals. His role at Nutriventia allows him to focus on ideate, understand, and promote nutraceutical & functional ingredients. His penchant towards science and the communication of science enables Nutriventia to create products that are not only differentiated by way of technology benefits but also provide science-backed health benefits directly and indirectly to consumers.

He holds a pharmacy degree and a post-graduate diploma in Pharma Management. With over 20 years of experience in sales and business development, he has extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. His international sales acumen, developed through diverse business environments, has been crucial in driving growth in global markets. At Nutriventia, he leads strategic partnerships with channel partners and global customers, significantly influencing the company’s sales trajectory and strengthening its global presence. His efforts position Nutriventia for continued success in the international market.

Having a Doctoral degree in the faculty of Medicine with a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Shajahan leads the development of nutraceutical formulations at Nutriventia. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of developing pharmaceutical dosage forms for worldwide markets including the development of new drug dosage forms based on PK/PD. He worked for a few reputable companies for which he developed significant formulations. He is primarily responsible for establishing delivery platform technologies like modified-release, solubility enhancement, taste-masking, microencapsulation of nutraceuticals/ functional ingredients with scientific assessment at Nutriventia.

Jayanthi Chavan is working as an Assistant General Manager in the Analytical Research and Development (Nutriventia) at Inventia Healthcare Ltd in India. She has a total experience of 20 years in the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical industry in the analytical method development for solids, liquids, and semisolid dosage forms. Her role at Nutriventia has been focused on the development and optimization of analytical methodologies for different Pharma and Nutraceutical molecules and formulations. Her passion for chemistry works well for Nutraceutical molecules that are natural and complex. She has earned a six-sigma green belt and has been successful in applying the learnings to sort out analytical variations across laboratories in different geographies. She earned her MSc (Organic Chemistry) from the University of Mumbai and her PhD (Analytical Chemistry) from the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai, India.

Dr. Shefali Thanawala is a physician having core expertise and a rich experience of 30 plus years in Ayurveda. She is associated with the pharmaceutical industry for 21 years as a Medical Affairs Specialist with an edge in the application of principles of clinical pharmacology and clinical research to nutraceuticals and natural products. Currently, she is associated with Medical Affairs at Nutriventia. With rich proficiency in translating the wisdom of Ayurveda and natural products in the current technology-driven pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Shefali contributes to the conceptualization of value-added nutraceutical ingredients and products. She also spearheads the clinical research projects designed for clinical validation of these products. She has been invited as a speaker in several conferences to share her views on the successful connection between the industry and Ayurveda / nutraceuticals. She has authored scientific peer-reviewed publications as well as several scientific articles published in pharmaceutical industry magazines.

Rupali Suvarnapathaki is an Intellectual property professional with about 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical industry as well as academics. She is a Registered Patent Agent, and her educational background includes Doctoral studies in Pharmacy at CSIR lab, Pune, and the master’s degree in Biopharmaceutics. She leads the IPR function in Nutriventia and looks after the patent portfolio management for Nutraceutical and Food verticals. Her sound technical knowledge equipped with the understanding of patents enables her to design and develop viable IP strategies for Nutriventia in alignment with the business objectives. Her distinctive competencies in the field of Intellectual property include developing and expanding patent portfolio as a true representative of product portfolio, analyzing R&D outcome to identify patentable inventions, drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, establishing freedom to operate for products and technologies, challenging invalid patents, defending challenged patents in oppositions or litigation, enforcement of the patents and competitive intelligence activities.

A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, with a degree in strategy and operations, Manoj has in-depth knowledge of solid oral dosages process in the field of Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals. He has worked with leading pharma equipment manufacturing brands, and he is certified by USFDA for labelling, pest control, pasteurization, plumbing control for commercial food establishments, FSMS, PCQI, etc. His 24-year rich experience in various industries and passion for innovation in manufacturing technology helps Nutriventia to provide word class quality products to its customers.
