The data which may be collected through above sources may include Name, Age, Gender, Address (including Country), Reference number for Identity purpose, Telephone number, Mobile number, Fax number, Email ID, IP Address, Region of interest. In case of Adverse Events or Complaints, we may collect additional information like Gender, Blood Group, BMI related data, Health and medicine related data. These additional data will be used only for the purpose of handling complaint / claim and responding appropriately.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Your personal data collected by above means will be used only for the purpose for which it is collected. For example, data collected under Career will be used only for recruitment related purpose while data collected under Complaints will be used for only resolving complaints and handling claim like situations. Data collected from visitors to our office or plant will be used only considering the objectives for which they visited our site.
